Kevin Davidson, J.D., Lead Legal Counsel

Kevin Davidson is a respected asset protection and estate planning attorney based in the heart of the Fox River Valley, and founder of The Estate Planning Group, LLC. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of estate planning and asset protection, and has extensive experience in working with businesses and families. Kevin represents clients in all matters relating to asset protection, estate planning, living trusts, charitable giving, business entities, and business and offshore planning.  Kevin focuses on preserving family harmony while protecting and transitioning family wealth.

Kevin graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, and attended the Marquette University Law School earning a Juris Doctor degree. Kevin is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Wisconsin. In 2015 and 2016, Kevin was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Wisconsin, an award bestowed upon not more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Kevin has been recognized in Who’s Who In America, and has been awarded an A+ Superior rating by The National Registry, honoring the top 5% of attorneys nationwide.

Tracy  Gibson, J.D., MBA, Life & Legacy Planning Attorney

Tracy Gibson focuses on assisting individuals and families plan and preserve their assets to create a positive lasting legacy.  Her goal is to use her legal knowledge to help others devise a life and legacy plan that anticipates and plans for the expected and unexpected life events while promoting harmony amongst family members.  She works passionately to provide her clients with piece of mind knowing that their life and legacy plan will protect their family and their legacy and also provide for their needs during times of incapacity.

Tracy grew up in West Bend, Wisconsin and graduated summa cum laude, the highest honor, from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.  She obtained her M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and earned her J.D. degree from the University of California – Davis School of Law, where she received the distinguished Order of the Coif designation, available only to the top 10% of her graduating class.  Tracy practiced law in California for 11 years before moving back to her roots and her family in Wisconsin.  She currently enjoys living a “quieter” life on the east shore of Lake Winnebago with her husband and son.

Sandie Ripley, Client Services Director

Sandie is the friendly voice on the phone, the smiling face behind the front desk at our Kaukauna office, and the administrative magician who keeps all of our projects running smoothly and keeps you, our client family, taken care of. Sandie also oversees and balances everything behind the scenes in our offices and keeps our attorneys in the right place, at the right time, with the right documents.
