Kevin Davidson, J.D., Lead Legal Counsel

Attorney Kevin DavidsonKevin Davidson is a respected asset protection and estate planning attorney based in the heart of the Fox River Valley, and founder of The Estate Planning Group, LLC. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of estate planning and asset protection, and has extensive experience in working with businesses and families. Kevin represents clients in all matters relating to asset protection, estate planning, living trusts, charitable giving, business entities, and business and offshore planning.  Kevin focuses on preserving family harmony while protecting and transitioning family wealth.

Kevin attended the Marquette University Law School earning a Juris Doctor degree. Kevin is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Wisconsin. In 2015 and 2016, Kevin was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Wisconsin, an award bestowed upon not more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Kevin has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, nominated to Lawyers of Distinction for excellence in Estate Planning, recognized in Who’s Who In America, and has been awarded an A+ Superior rating by The National Registry, honoring the top 5% of attorneys nationwide.

 

Katlyn Kleineschay, Client Services Director

Kaytlyn is the friendly voice on the phone, the smiling face behind the front desk at our Kaukauna office, and the administrative magician who keeps all of our projects running smoothly and keeps you, our client family, taken care of. Kaytlyn also oversees and balances everything behind the scenes in our offices and keeps our attorneys in the right place, at the right time, with the right documents.

 

Christina Heindl, Senior Paralegal

Christina HeindlChristina is a certified Paralegal with the Wisconsin State Bar and holds a degree in Business Management from Concordia University.  With more than 17 years of legal experience, Christina is our behind-the-scenes wizard who can track down any form, any procedure, and anything needed – her expertise and insight is invaluable to maintaining the highest quality estate planning services available in Wisconsin. When away from the office, Christina enjoys spending time at her cabin with her husband and three dogs, reading, cooking, and deer hunting.
